Closing Remarks of the President of the 15th Congress of the European Association of Tissue Banks (EATB)

Dear Colleagues,

We are at the finish line of the 15th International Congress of the European Association of Tissue Banks (EATB). For three days tissue banking professionals from 26 countries from all five continents have been presenting scientific and professional data and exchanging ideas. The forum gave us an opportunity to meet with each other and match names and faces. Due to the hard work of the Local Organizing Committee we not only enjoyed a well-organized scientific and cultural program, but also a wonderful weather and beach conditions. I believe that you will bring to your home countries wonderful memories from the golden beaches and warm waters of the Black Sea and the hospitality of the local people.

With a profound feeling of satisfaction and with some sadness I announce that this forum has achieved its goals and it is time for us to leave the port of Varna and continue our journey through the stormy waters of tissue banking. I thank you all for your hard work and wish you fare winds and following seas along the way to our next meetings.
